SUNSEEKER is a charming townhouse adorned in pristine white, nestled in the peaceful neighbourhood of Noosa Waters. Situated right on the river’s edge, this location guarantees tranquility. Tucked away from the buzz of Gibson Road in Noosaville, and just off Thomas Street, you’re only a short 5-minute stroll from Noosa River (Gympie Terrace), where water sports, boating, fishing, and delightful dining experiences await.
Unwind on the rear deck and relish the gentle ripples of the river as you sip on a sunset beverage, all while having the luxury of a private boat mooring at your doorstep.
Upon entering the property, your gaze will be immediately drawn to the breathtaking river view, accentuated by the striking arched bridge on the horizon. The spacious lounge and dining areas seamlessly flow into a fully-equipped kitchen, all of which lead to a tranquil alfresco space. This space includes a lower deck perched above the water and a private courtyard with an electric BBQ and outdoor dining.
SUNSEEKER boasts three inviting bedrooms. The downstairs Master King Suite offers an ensuite and access to the courtyard. Upstairs, two bedrooms with Queen beds exude a light and airy atmosphere, accompanied by lovely views. A generously sized main bathroom with both bath and shower serves these bedrooms.
For your convenience, an internal laundry with a washing machine is provided, and there’s covered parking for one car, along with street parking for additional vehicles.
Our properties are fully self-contained with well-equipped kitchens and laundries. Linen and bath towels are provided, along with a starter kit of essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents to get you started. Additional supplies can be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towels. Check-out time is no later than 10.00 am, and check-in is available from 2.00 pm onwards.
